Veronica Canceled! From E! Online  
basically I just copied [info]agm_ride's post from [info]veronica_mars.

E! Online is reporting that Veronica Mars has been canceled. Here's the link.

"The day we’ve all dreaded has come, tubers.

With actual tears in my eyes, I must tell you that I’ve heard from several solid sources that the CW has decided not to bring Veronica Mars back for a fourth season.

Though official word has not yet come down from the network, I did hear from creator Rob Thomas earlier this week, who told me things weren’t looking good: “I’ve never been less certain of our fate. I’m afraid I’ve gone from cautiously optimistic to something less than that.” "- Watch with Kristen.

NOTE: E! ONLINE HAS REMOVED THE ARTICLE From the Main page.

Note: What does this mean for [info]team_lowell? Well, obvs if Veronica Mars is canceled there will be no more Piz, BUT! this doesn't mean there will be no more Chris! So I DO have a rename token lying around.. so I will simply rename the community. We will have a poll probably as to what the new name should be. But we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

God, this is a dark fucking day for TV :(

But as for the rename, would like, team_chris work? I dunno. I just really love this community *holds all the members*

I really really really don't want this to be true. I don't like the thought of the 4th season being stand alone mysteries, but its better than nothing at all.

It's gossip but I'm pretty sure that this is the end of Veronica Mars. Ofcourse I'm sad, but I hope that Kiki will find new, so different roles to play and I'm looking forward to see her in new tv shows.

You know as much as I hate saying this I think if future seasons are going to be anything like the current one they should cancel it. Piz has been the only thing that kept me watching this season. I don't know why but sometimes shows come back for a new season and everything has just stopped being good :(

I agree with you 100% The show has changed so much since S1 and S2 that I would hate to see it get ruined further.

I'm not gonna jump the gun, but if you were thinking of renaming the comm at some point, I'm thinking something like team_chris, team_lowell, or if we wanna get super creative, builtlikeabodybuilder, lol.

There are so many conflicting reports now I don't know what to think. But yeah, I think team_chris or team-Lowell is the easiest change, but I do enjoy [info]winter_dreams86's suggestion of builtlikeabodybuilder... LOL

If the show is in fact cancelled we could have suggestions and then a poll. Or wait for the Grey's spinoff and call it team_whatever his character's name is...

We could just keep the [info]team_lowell tagline we've got going, and stick with the team (I love this comm, too!) theme we have going: teamchris, teamlowell, or something similar, perhaps?
